From what i ve seen the problem with seeing roofs within rooms can be resolved by saving exiting and reloading. The trim i ve used and seen it happen on is the fine thatch roof trim. Replacing the half wall with a full wall does not remove the interior trim. Replacing the interior trim re draws the interior trim.

Adding a trim to the roof adds that finishing touch and can hide what may have been an unattractive area where roof meets wall. Sections of roof trim will just be black. This is happening on ps4 also with 1 20.
