Sims 4 so i was building a house and i decided to make the area of the house slightly bigger. There are houses in real life built with both tall and short walls and the roofs all look normal which is what i am trying to create in the sims 4. This is how i figured out how to fix it but there might be a better way i just haven t found one yet. I removed a portion of the wall which caused the house to show daylight which makes sense.

As the sims 4 has become more and more detailed it s become more complicated to play. The next thing to do is to place a room unit where you want the roofing to disappear. It did surprise me to know that even though half walls are technically real walls the placement of all roofs are set as if they are on full sized walls. If you find that you can see a roof section on the inside of your structure the first thing to do is check and see if you have a complete walled room unit without any breaks in it.
